Good news! We've just rolled out the Edit Profile feature.

You can now update your profile by clicking/tapping the 'Update Profile' button on your profile.

Also, update or change your profile photo by clicking/tapping the 'Profile Photos' link on your profile, then the 'Update Gallery' button. Once you've uploaded a new profile photo, you can rearrange the order, the first being your main profile photo.
